If you would like one of our Immigration Specialists to assist you in your Green Card Petition using PERM Labor Certification, the following is an overview of how the process will work:

  1. You complete the form below requesting a retainer agreement.
  2. INIQ e-mails or faxes you the retainer agreement.
  3. You email, fax or mail us the signed retainer agreement with the deposit required to begin the case.
  4. When we receive the signed retainer agreement and $700 deposit, we will e-mail you a secure online questionnaire and a list of required supporting documents to gather and send to us (resume, copy of highest diploma(s), copies of experience letters, certificates & licenses.)
  5. You complete the online questionnaire and send us the required supporting documents so we may prepare your PERM petition.
  6. We prepare and email you the prevailing wage prep sheet to determine the job duties and requirements for the position. The job duties and requirements will determine the prevailing (minimum) wage. Your salary must be higher than the prevailing wage. We make every effort to place you in the fastest category (EB-2).
  7. We file for and obtain the prevailing wage from the SWA (State Workforce Agency). Processing time is from 1 day to 8 weeks, depending on the State.
  8. After we receive a prevailing wage from the SWA that is lower than your salary, we complete the design of your PERM recruitment and issue instructions on placing the advertising and the 30 day SWA job order.
  9. We send you and your employer the PERM Registration Instructions to register online and setup an attorney sub-account.
  10. PERM Regulations require us wait for 30 days (recruitment period) after the last recruiting before we file. After the recruitment period, we file your ETA 9089 PERM Petition online. You will be able to track the status of your petition on the PERM Website.
  11. We follow up with PERM until your Labor Certification petition is approved.
  12. We prepare and file your I-140 petition with USCIS and follow up until it is approved.
  13. When your Priority Date is current, we can file your I-485 Adjustment of Status Petition with USCIS.
