Green Card for Nurse
Our Immigration Service fee for the I-140 & I-485 Adjustment of Status petition is $1,350 ($700 to start and $650 upon USCIS I-140 Approval).
The USCIS fees are:
- $195 for the I-140 Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker.
- $395 for the I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence & Biometrics Fee.
- $180 for the I-765 Work Permit.
- $170 for the I-131 Advance Parole Travel Permit.
If you are a Registered Nurse (or Employer), and would like one of our Immigration Attorneys to assist you in obtaining a Green Card, the following is an overview of how the process will work:
- You complete the form below requesting a Retainer Agreement.
- We e-mail, fax or postal mail you the Retainer Agreement.
- You email, fax or mail us the signed Retainer Agreement with the deposit required to begin the case.
- When we receive the signed Retainer Agreement and deposit, we will e-mail you an online questionnaire and a list of required supporting documents to gather.
- You complete the online questionnaire so we may complete the USCIS and DOL (ETA 9089) forms.
- We obtain the prevailing wage from the SWA (State Workforce Agency).
- We prepare the Internal Job Offer Posting.
- We send you and your employer) the completed USCIS and DOL (ETA 9089) forms to sign.
- You return the signed forms along with the required supporting documents to us.
- We complete the petition package and file the petition with the USCIS.
- We follow up with the USCIS to ensure that your I-765 Temporary Work Permit and I-131 Advance Parole Travel Permits are issued in a timely manner.
- We follow up with the USCIS until your I-140 and I-485 Petitions are approved.
