Our immigration service fee is $595:
- $295 to start the case (called a retainer, or advance payment).
- $300 is due upon completion (made ready for submission to USCIS).

The Process
- INIQ Starts Your Case. After completing and sending us the secure online form below requesting a retainer agreement, we send you the retainer agreement, plus a secure online questionnaire with a list of documents we will need to begin your K-1 visa petition. All you have to do is (1) complete and email us the questionnaire, (2) send us copies of the documents with (3) the deposit required to start your case.
- INIQ Prepares EVERYTHING For You. INIQ prepares all forms, documents, and everything else required for filing your K-1 visa petition with the USCIS, and then INIQ returns all completed forms to you to sign.
- INIQ Submits K-1 Petition For You. After signing all forms, you return forms to INIQ. INIQ submits your petition to the USCIS with all forms, documents, etc. We then use our special trademarked submission tool known as a Fast Folio Folder™. (Yours for FREE!) This special folder helps to speed up the approval time for your visa petition. We follow up with the USCIS until your K-1 Visa petition is approved. Once the petition is approved, the USCIS forwards a confirmation letter to you notifying you of the approval.
- Note: The 1-2-3 Process outlined above demonstrates only the basic steps required to obtain approval of your fiancée’s K-1 visa petition. There are, however, several additional steps required before your fiancée is legally able to travel to the U.S. to be with you. For no additional fees, INIQ will assist you through the rest of this sometimes-lengthy process until your fiancée is able to travel to the U.S. to be with you. Once you and your fiancée are married, INIQ can help your spouse obtain “permanent residency” (the first step before U.S. citizenship)
