- $450 to file the I-140 Petition
- $445 due after the I-140 Petition is approved
- We will then assist you as with the filing your Adjustment of Status.
The USCIS fee is:
- 1-140 Petition: $195
If you would like one of our immigration specialists to assist you or your spouse in obtaining a Green Card, the following is a 1-2-3 overview of how the process will work:
- You complete the form below requesting a Retainer Agreement.
- INIQ then e-mails, faxes or mails you the Retainer Agreement.
- You email, fax or mail us the signed Retainer Agreement with the deposit required to begin the case.
- When we receive the signed Retainer Agreement and deposit, we will e-mail you an online questionnaire and a list of required supporting documents to gather.
- You complete the online questionnaire so we may complete the l-140 form and USCIS Cover Letter.
- We send you (or your employer) the completed l-140 form to sign and return.
- You return the signed form along with the required supporting documents to us.
- We complete the petition package and file the petition with the Immigration and Naturalization Service.
- We follow up with the USCIS until your l-140 petition is approved.
